This work of art is one of several pieces by Israeli artist Yigal Tumarkin exhibited in the museum. The artist's assertiveness regarding Israel's situation is reflected in the political piece called "Green Arrow". This long rectangular surface on which Tumarkin combined barbed wire, nails, pieces of wood and smears of color create a symbolic picture of the map of Israel. The small green arrow on the left-hand side refers to the boundaries of the "Green Line" which were demarcated in 1949 following the War of Independence, up to the eruption of the Six-Day War in 1967.
