Igor Senderov Trio
Thursday | September 24
Igor Senderov is an alto saxophonist, composer, and jazz musician, originally from Irkutsk, Russia, and currently based in Israel.
Senderov is the winner of the B-Jazz International Competition in Belgium and has performed over the years at jazz festivals and on international stages across Europe. In 2026, he released his debut album, Verso la luce, on the Italian label AlfaMusic, featuring original compositions written by Senderov. During the performance on the museum rooftop, Senderov will perform original music from the album, combining composition and improvisation through the language of contemporary jazz.

Liav Baruch Quartet

The Liav Baruch Quartet is an instrumental ensemble seeking to create a bridge between musical traditions of the Middle East and the world of contemporary jazz. At the heart of their music is the oud, an instrument deeply rooted in the region’s musical culture, which meets a modern harmonic language, free improvisation, and dynamic group dialogue.
The ensemble’s music expresses an encounter between identities, memories, and cultures, offering the audience a sensitive, profound, and richly colorful musical experience.

Dror Tubul – Double bass | David Dagmi – Drums & percussion
The performance features original compositions written from a connection to the musical heritage of the Middle East, alongside a deep love of jazz and improvisation. The melodies draw on Eastern sounds and traditional maqamat, while the arrangements and interaction between the musicians are influenced by contemporary jazz.
